Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all bookings made through NVRS Holidays for flights, hotels & resorts, holiday packages, cruise packages, corporate travel, visa assistance, transport & tours, event packages, and travel insurance / e-SIM services. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking, as cancellation terms vary depending on the Supplier (airline, hotel, cruise line, insurer, etc.) involved.
1. General Principle
Most travel bookings are made with third-party Suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise operators, tour operators, insurance companies, transport providers, and visa authorities). Cancellation and refund terms are therefore primarily governed by the respective Supplier's policy at the time of booking, in addition to our own service charges described below. We will always communicate the applicable Supplier cancellation policy to you before you make payment.
2. Cancellation by You (the Customer)
2.1 Flight Bookings
- Cancellations are subject to the airline's fare rules. Refundable tickets will be refunded as per airline policy, minus airline cancellation fees and our service charge of βΉ500ββΉ1,500 per passenger/ticket.
- Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for a fare refund; only applicable taxes (where refundable by the airline) will be returned.
2.2 Hotel & Resort Bookings
- Free cancellation, if applicable, is available as per the specific hotel's policy shown at the time of booking (typically 24β72 hours before check-in).
- Cancellations made after the free-cancellation window or for non-refundable rates will incur charges as per the hotel's policy (which may be up to 100% of the booking value).
2.3 Holiday & Cruise Packages

Note: If any Supplier within the package (hotel, cruise line, activity vendor) has stricter non-refundable terms, those stricter terms will apply to that component.
2.4 Visa Assistance
Visa application fees, embassy fees, courier charges, and our service charges are non-refundable once an application has been submitted to the embassy/consulate, regardless of approval or rejection of the visa. If you cancel before submission, only our service fee (minus a 10% processing charge) may be refunded.
2.5 Travel Insurance & E-SIM
Travel insurance premiums are governed by the respective insurer's "free-look" period and cancellation policy, typically allowing cancellation within 15 days of issuance provided no claim has been made and travel has not commenced. E-SIM purchases are non-refundable once the activation code/QR has been delivered/activated.
2.6 Corporate Travel, Transport & Event Packages
These bookings follow the cancellation terms of the specific vendor (transport operator, venue, event organizer) communicated at the time of booking. Our service fee for arranging these bookings is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed with the vendor.
3. How to Request a Cancellation

Please include your booking reference number, full name, and reason for cancellation. Cancellation requests are processed only during business hours (MonβSat, 9:00 AM β 7:00 PM IST) and the cancellation date will be the date on which we receive your written request (email/WhatsApp).
4. Refund Mode & Timeline
- Refund Mode: All eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking (the same credit/debit card, UPI ID, or bank account). We do not issue cash refunds.
- Processing Time: Once a refund is approved by the Supplier and us, we initiate the refund within 7 working days.
- Bank/Gateway Timeline: Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take an additional 7β14 working days to reflect in your account/statement after initiation.
- Total Expected Timeline: Refunds are typically completed within 7β21 working days from the date of approval, subject to the Supplier's own refund processing time, which can occasionally take longer (up to 45 days) for international airlines and certain hotel chains.
5. Cancellations & Changes by Suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, etc.)
If a Supplier cancels, reschedules, or significantly changes your booking (e.g., flight cancellation, hotel closure), we will assist you in obtaining the applicable refund, rebooking, or credit note from the Supplier as per their policy. Our service charges for the original booking may not be refundable in such cases, as the service of facilitating the booking was rendered.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Service/convenience fees charged by NVRS Holidays.
- Visa fees and embassy charges once submitted.
- Non-refundable airline tickets, hotel rates, and cruise fares as flagged at the time of booking.
- Bank transaction charges, where non-recoverable from the bank.
7. Refund for Failed/Duplicate Transactions
In case of a failed transaction where the amount is debited from your account but the booking is not confirmed, or in case of an accidental duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded in full to the original payment method within 7 working days of verification.
8. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to us in writing at info@nvrsholiday.com. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India, as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and will apply to bookings made after the date of update.
