These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website nvrsholiday.com (the "Website") and the travel-related services offered by NVRS Holidays ("we", "us", "our", "Company"). By accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, or booking any service through us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

1. About Us

NVRS Holidays is a travel services provider offering flight bookings, hotel & resort reservations, holiday packages, cruise packages, corporate travel management, visa assistance, transport & tours, event packages, and travel insurance / e-SIM services. We act as an intermediary / facilitator between you and the respective airlines, hotels, cruise lines, insurers, visa authorities, and other third-party service providers ("Suppliers").

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Bookings made on behalf of minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Bookings & Enquiries

All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and may be revised if the Supplier updates pricing or availability before payment is completed.
Quotations shared via WhatsApp, email, or phone are valid only for the time period specified and are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuations, fare changes, or Supplier policy changes.
You are responsible for providing accurate personal details (name as per passport/ID, contact details, travel dates, passport/visa information). We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect information provided by you.
A booking is confirmed only after we issue a written confirmation (email/WhatsApp) and the applicable payment has been received and processed.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change until full payment is received and the booking is confirmed.
Prices may exclude government taxes, airport charges, visa fees, fuel surcharges, or service fees, which will be communicated to you before confirmation.
We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and EMI options through secure third-party payment gateways.
For certain bookings, partial advance payment may be required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due before travel as per the Supplier's terms.

5. Visa Assistance

We provide guidance and documentation support for visa applications. However, the grant or refusal of a visa is solely at the discretion of the relevant embassy/consulate/immigration authority. We do not guarantee visa approval, and visa fees, courier charges, and service charges are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the authority, regardless of the outcome.

6. Travel Documents & Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport (with required validity), visas, vaccination certificates, and any other travel documents required for your destination. We are not responsible for any loss, denial of boarding, or denial of entry resulting from inadequate or invalid travel documents.

7. Changes by Suppliers

Flight schedules, hotel availability, cruise itineraries, and other Supplier-controlled elements may change due to operational, weather, government, or other reasons beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of such changes, but we are not liable for losses arising from Supplier-initiated changes.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, modifications, and refunds are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

NVRS Holidays acts as a facilitator between you and third-party Suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise operators, insurers, transport providers, etc.). We are not liable for any act, omission, default, delay, injury, loss, accident, or damage caused by any Supplier, including but not limited to flight delays/ cancellations, hotel overbooking, loss of baggage, medical emergencies, or natural disasters. Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the service fee paid to NVRS Holidays for the specific booking in question.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism.

11. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or provide false information while making bookings or enquiries.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images (excluding third-party images used under license), is the property of NVRS Holidays or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
